Return & Exchange Policy – Reimagine Stores
At Reimagine Stores, every item is chosen with care and inspected for quality before it reaches you. Since most of our products are one-of-a-kind thrift items, we have special guidelines for returns and exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The item is significantly different from the description provided.
- You received the wrong product.
- The item arrived damaged during shipping.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of thrift and pre-loved items, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Minor wear, fading, or imperfections that are already mentioned in the product description.
- Items purchased on sale or during clearance.
3. How to Request a Return/Exchange
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Share your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the item.
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
- Items must be returned in the same condition they were received.
5. Refunds
- Refunds (if approved) will be issued via bank transfer within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit instead of a cash refund.
6. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to item availability since most thrift products are one piece only.
- If an identical replacement is not available, we may offer a similar item.
