2. Product Information
- We strive to provide accurate descriptions and clear images of all products.
- As most items are pre-loved and unique, minor signs of wear may be present.
- All products are sold as described — please review details before ordering.
3. Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfers.
- Prices are listed in PKR and may change without prior notice.
4. Shipping
- We deliver all over Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
- Processing time: 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Delivery time: 3–5 working days for major cities, 5–7 days for remote areas.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the unique nature of thrift items, returns are only accepted if the product is significantly different from its description.
- Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item to request a return.
6. Liability
- Reimagine Stores is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect addresses, or uncontrollable circumstances such as weather or strikes.
- We are not liable for any damage or loss caused after delivery.
